Please consider these rules within the community in order to keep it in good condition and respect the privacy of the residents. By renting or visiting the community, you accept these rules. Each added sub-tenant must also be aware of it. Please note that our regulations are subject to change at any time.

PRIVATE PROPERTY

I. Breedables, skyboxes & platforms are not allowed.

II. Children and Animesh are allowed (They count in your prims allowance.)

III. To preserve the harmony of landscaping, mesh objects are preferred. Rezzing old sculpt or prim content is strongly discouraged especially for outdoors. Banners, large signs, large trees, etc. are not allowed.  Management reserves the right to return items (without notice). If you persist and re-place the objects again the management reserves the right to give up on your rental agreement and to evict you without any refund.

​PRIMS ALLOWANCE

*HOUSE & FURNITURE ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PRIMS​

I. The rental price is defined according to the number of prims allocated so you must respect your land impact allowed. Each house/skybox is rented with a prims allowance which corresponds to the total of the land impact that you are allowed to rez in your house/skybox or the public area of the community. No matter where you rez, it will be counted in your meter and you must not exceed the prims allowance you paid for with your home. You will get notifications that you are over your prim limit.
After a warning and without action, your items will be returned to your inventory.
If the problem is recurrent the management reserves the right to give up on your rental agreement and to evict you without any refund.

II. If you need to add prims to your meter, submit PRIM REQUEST
There will be an additional charge to your rent if your request is approved.

But only a few prims are available so if they are already allocated to other residents there is no guarantee that it will be accepted.

 

PUBLIC AREA

I. No adult activity in public areas.
​
II. Vehicles can be used on community roads & must be parked correctly in public parking spaces, your parking, or in your garage!
It’s possible to park on the sidewalk without it sticking out onto the road. No car should be left on the road, it will be returned directly to your inventory.  
Please make sure your car is turned off when parked. This helps reduce scripts that create lags.
​You must be a resident to rez your vehicles.
​
III. Unauthorized stray objects found in public areas or beyond rented property will be returned.  However, you can temporarily rez objects in public areas if you need them in your workplace, if you want to take pictures, or organize an event (after approval by community staff).
You must ALWAYS clean up your prims once you are finished.
 

RENTAL 

​

I. Please try to pay your rent on time. Once expires, the rental will be kept for 24 hours. After this time you will be evicted and all your items will be returned. If you don’t want to renew your rent, please click on Rental Settings in your Home Control Tablet & “won’t renew”.

II. No rental bookings are possible. If you are interested in a specific property in the community, please ask to be notified of availability by clicking on the home mailbox and selecting “notify me”.

III. Avoid excessive use of scripts or excessively high complexities because it causes a lag. Anything that performs high scripts or causes lag issues will be immediately returned.
​
IV. All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please visit the home and make sure it is right for you and that you have a PC that can load properly before renting. The homes are rented as they are, nothing can be modified, removed, or added.

V. Make sure to have your group tag active when rezzing, all items not set to” Wealth’s Resident” will be returned.

COMMUNITY LIFE

​

I. Be respectful of each other, no abusive behavior will be tolerated.
DON’T disrespect other residents.
Don’t harass them with messages.
DON’T send unsolicited friend requests, or spam with landmarks or notecards.
This is valid in IM’s, local, and group chats.
​

REPORT ANY INCIDENT TO (Kemiwealth Resident)

You need to save any chat and/or picture evidence to support your incident.

II. DON’T go into rented houses or apartments unless invited by the residents themselves. Available homes will display float text above the mailbox, and also be listed in the rental office and website. If the float text says RENTED, or not listed, the home is rented. 
If you are seen repeatedly re-entering the rented homes you will be BANNED out of the community.
​
III. YOU MUST have a human mesh avatar to Role Play in Wealth City. Fantasy avatars are not allowed to Role Play.
​
IV. Management disclaims any liability for:
Damages due to the actions of visitors or residents.
Loss of items “no copy” returned due to non-payment of rent, sim crash, sim restart. 
Region performance problems.
Or any other reason out of Wealth City’s control. If you have lost objects, you should contact Linden Lab directly.
